Staffing Format Sheet
The following Formulas are used to Calculate the Staffing for your Event. Keep in mind that some events may require additional staffing and/or set-up times based on the complexity of your event or menu.
Event Set-up & Break-down/National Croquet Center only
There will be a $200 Set-up/ Break-down charge for your event. This is determined by the complexity of your Event and is in addition to your Event Staffing Charges
Staffing Requirements:
Cocktail & Hors d’oeuvres Reception
1-Culinary for every 1 to 50 Guests
1-Professional Bartender for every 1to 50 Guests
1-Professional Server for every 25 Guests
Duties include: Butler Passing Hors d’oeuvres, Assist in Beverage Service, Cleaning of Room and Management of Stationary Food Displays
Buffet Dinner with or with Hors d’oeuvres
2-Culinary for every 1 to 50 Guests
1-Professional Bartender for every 1 to 50 Guests
1-Professional Server for every 1 to 20 Guests
Duties include: Butler Passing Hors d’oeuvres, Assist in Beverage Service, Cleaning of Room and Management of Stationary Food Displays and Dinner Buffet
Plated Formal Dinner
2-Culinary for every 1 to 50 Guests
1-Professional Bartender for every 1 to 50 Guests
1-Professional Server for every 1 to 12 Guests
Duties include: Butler Passing Hors d’oeuvres, Assist in Beverage Service, Cleaning of Room, Management of Stationary Food Displays and Dinner Service
All staffing is based on $25.00 per hour @ the National Croquet Center
$30.00 per hour at your home or function venue
Station Attendant
Required for Carving or Action Stations
$100.00 per Attendant as Described in Your Proposal
