The name Sandy James is derived from decades of fruitful collaboration between former partner and culinary associate Sandy Kuba and current proprietor James Bartle. If you’ve been a resident of West Palm Beach within the past ten years, you may recall our humble beginnings.
Sandy James proudly offers complete event production and services. We cater to any and all of your special event requests. Our equipment expertise, combined with extensive knowledge of local venues allows us to carefully consider the logistics of your vision, no matter how extravagant.
The Heart and Soul of SandyJames Fine Food and Productions, James has continuously developed fulfilling relationships among friends, clients and vendors over decades. He first embarked on his career path in the Northern hustle and bustle of New York City and Nantucket where he learned to embrace the high-volume demands of the hospitality industry. His exposure to a spectrum of environments and clientele has shaped his approach to producing events for any occasion.
Executive Chef Jose (Jojo) Torres brings the eclectic palate of every SandyJames menu to life and to your table. With his fearless spirit and impeccable execution, his illustrious career has advanced him and the company to the forefront of South Florida’s catering industry. For the past 8 years, his presence in our kitchen has been unmistakable.
With over 20 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry, the elegance Scott Reiser brings to every event is simply priceless – Just ask one of his Hundreds of thankful clients! He plans all of the events held at the National Croquet Center, as well as, select private events. Scott Specializes in Weddings, Showers, and Full Production event planning.
Jessica Busarello, B.S. in Communication, has been a part of our family for two years. Jessica brought with her 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, along with, with a compassion for people and attention to detail. She specializes in Cocktail Receptions and Intimate Dinner Parties.
Chef Brandon Doyle, with 13 years’ experience, has mastered the art of culinary excellence with his divine soufflés, gourmet sauce recipes, and indulgent desserts. He specializes in intimate dinner parties and menu design.
Chef Jose Nieto is the artist of SandyJames Productions. From intricate fruit carvings and ice sculptures to large production food displays, he brings a unique flair to every event he is involved with.
Over the course of 10 years, Chef Mauricio has become one of SandyJames’ most valuable employees. Mauricio is our Executive Prep Chef and has a hand in every event. He specializes in cocktail receptions of all sizes.
Michael Cox has been planning and running extraordinary events with SandyJames for 11 years. His in-depth knowledge of the field and overall earnest character have made him the face of SandyJames and a favorite among our clientele.
