SandyJames Fine Food and Productions is a full service catering and event planning company. Whether it's at our place or yours, we specialize in personal service. We cater everything from the most intimate dinner parties to the grandest of events. SandyJames Productions provides the local knowledge, creativity and experience to ensure a successful event. We work closely with many vendors including set design, lighting and sound, music, florist, valet, and rental companies. As production and catering professionals we pride ourselves in making each event a special one for our many clients. James Bartle - Owner

Entering his 9th season as a resident caterer to Palm Beach County, James Bartle continues to build a strong rapport among his clients and vendors. Although he grew up in the West Palm Beach area, his travels have taken him from the corporate hustle and bustle of New York City to Nantucket and Bermuda. His experience in operating a high-volume hospitality business has contributed to the success of SandyJames and the unmached quality for which we are known.




Chef JoJo - Executive Chef

Over the past five years Chef JoJo Torres has become the heart and soul of our kitchen as he fulfills his life long passion for cooking. Bringing on board his eclectic style and taste, Jojo has succeeded in leading SandyJames to the forefront of the South Florida catering industry. His experience ranges from running Sideberns and Samurai Blue in Tampa, to Martha's Vineyard and West Hampton Country Club. Over the past ten years he has proven to be a Chef who's style is both timeless and unique with the ability to satiate any pallet.
